Originally from New York, Dr. Blau completed his undergraduate degree at SUNY Stony Brook. He then finished his graduate degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Cornell before moving to North Carolina where he attended medical school at UNC. Dr. Blau is currently the program director of the Pain Medicine Training Program at UNC.
